Wineweb is headed up by two techno savvy wine loving business people, Leslie and Jonathan Maliepaard. Part of Wineweb's success can be attributed to the sound IT colloboration it has formed with a reputable Cape Town based technology company, eNetworks. Wineweb has been recognised on numerous occasions for its technological contributions to promoting and marketing SA wine online, by being awarded various business awards in the technology industry.

Co-founder and Executive Director ~ Leslie Maliepaard

Self confessed wine-techno geek, a thought leader in her field, Leslie heads up this innovative and competitive technology venture within the wine industry. Leslie is passionate about advancing women in the ICT field and working on community upliftment projects to promote transformation. After completing her business degree at the University of Pretoria this passionate ideas person spent the first 10 years of her career in eCommerce, Merchant banking and managing a publishing/consulting business. During her extensive cross-continental travels Leslie navigated seas in far off places such as Papua New Guinea and the treacherous Tasman sea. She goes to gym, loves running, cycling and yoga. She plays guitar, reads and has a knack for socialising and networking. This independent social butterfly loves life to the full.

Co-founder and Technical Director ~ Jonathan Maliepaard

Serial entrepreneur, Jonathan is most comfortable in the driver's seat. Jon's primary focus is to develop cutting-edge IT solutions for his businesses and his clients. Owner and founder of a number of businesses he is passionate about the internet and acutely aware of enhancing customer service within his businesses. A multi-tasker extraordinaire with an exceptional ability to develop solutions for complex challenges, Jon has spent 18 years in IT innovation, systems integration and leading his IT business toward success. When he is not gyming, cycling or running, you will find him underwater exploring the magical world of the top diving spots world-wide.
